Business Coaching

Your company’s WHY is at the heart of what you do.
Your company’s employees are your most valuable asset.
Invest in the people who are the voice of your WHY.

Successful businesses all foster development of people, culture and strategy. Without the first two, strategies often fall short. In-house coaching communicates your company’s commitment to personal and professional development in the workplace. This sends a clear message to employees that their individual progress is valued and encouraged.

A strengths based coaching approach focuses on your people and your culture. It aligns talents & skills and creates meaningful collaboration. The results are employees who are are more productive, feel appreciated, are more engaged, and have greater joy in work and life.

Better Sleep, Better You

“Amanda was a wealth of knowledge and provided an exceptional presentation.”

“The subtopics and content were incredible. This is the best session I’ve attended.”

“There were many things shared that I can try out and implement.”

“I have found the scientific background or backing to what has been shared to be very valuable. I’ve always found the specific tactics and recommended areas to be valuable, but I think when paired with the science behind it, it’s allowed me to be more fully committed to working to improve my overall wellness because I know more about what it will do for my mental and physical health.”

“Our Women’s leadership group took part one evening in a Strengths Workshop. It was such an amazing experience to see our strengths and how we shared some of those traits with our co-workers. We had a great discussion about it during our time with Amanda and after. One of the things we all agreed on is it helped us to know each other a little better than we did before we did the Workshop. The explanations and time that Amanda took with us really helped us to understand our strengths and how to use them not only in our professional lives but also in our personal lives. I would definitely do this workshop with other team members in the future and recommend it highly.”

— KH, Sr. Director, National Accounts – Trimark United East

“Strengths Workshop key value adds:
- Opportunity for positive conversation amongst the team about what everyone uniquely brings to the table
- Highlights where team members complement each other and should be leveraged on projects
- Highlights where current role/ responsibilities fit and don’t fit as well (and who else might be a better fit)
- Opportunity for everyone to be more aware of blindspots personally and for others to understand where a weakness may be coming from”

— JL, Founder, Wishroute

STRENGTHS BASED 1:1
COACHING FOR HIGH POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES

Identify & explore an individual’s top 5 strengths in order to align, leverage & implement those strengths in an action plan

“As a team leader, I am incredibly thankful for the value that Amanda has brought to our organization. Her StrengthsFinder workshop has led our managers to have a deeper understanding of our individual team members, resulting in more effective one-on-ones and individual coaching. Amanda encourages the team to lean into their strengths, challenges people to think differently, and provides an opportunity for self-reflection. It's so encouraging to see the team embrace their learnings, and proactively build a growth path based on their strengths!” TW, Senior Director of Customer Onboarding, Bynder

“Amanda is a wonderful coach! She is a great listener, very empathetic and provides practical advice tailored to individual needs instead of providing 'one size fits all' tools. We met every two weeks and this time frame worked very well for me: short enough to keep me focused on my goals and 'practice' with it (Amanda gave me small assignments to work on) without feeling like I was being 'over-coached'. She helped me to recognize daily habits/behaviors and how to approach them in a positive manner to help me grow further in my job.”

Leadership coaching provides a combination of new knowledge, practices and collaboration with the aim of fine tuning and expanding your managers’ and leaders’ tool kits and performance.

“Bynder has been working with Amanda since 2019 with our US and EMEA employees. It all started with a workshop about Strength Finder in Boston, that helped with the personal development plans of our employees. I believe that currently half of our workforce in the US have done this workshop and used it for their growth at Bynder. At the beginning of 2020 we started with a Leadership Coaching Group for people managers.

Focus points were:

• Leadership skills, style & development

• Communication and teamwork

• Developing a growth mindset

• Growing emotional intelligence

• How to mange stressful conversations/situations

The participants have been so enthusiastic about Amanda and the training, that we have expanded our program. And last but not least we also have employees that have done individual coaching sessions with Amanda.

People describe Amanda as knowledgeable, approachable and a great listener with good advice. More colleagues are asking if they can also work with Amanda. We’re glad to work with Amanda and plan to continue to use her expertise for other coaching and workshops sessions in the future!”

RV, Head of Learning & Development, Bynder

“This is a program that focuses on strengths based leadership vs deficit based leadership. I was not only able to learn and highlight my best skills for being a leader, but how to find my team’s strengths and how to really build a strong team that runs well because I’ve capitalized on what people do best. Not only do I get to learn from my peers who are in the cohort with me, but I have gotten some wonderful 1:1 coaching that has helped me work through some barriers I didn’t even realize I was putting up!”

JO Operations Manager/EA to COO, Bynder

“This is an excellent Leadership program that I think all can benefit from because it’s well organized, very in-depth and goes over what makes you ‘who you are’ and what you can do to improve yourself. I’m able to understand myself more and what drives me internally to be able to drive things externally in a positive way. This is not only a motivating program, but it’s actual steps you take to know how to tackle everyday challenges and even long-term ones. I love how there’s group sessions where you can learn about other people’s strengths, challenges and stories so that you can see how people deal with things, but also the 1:1 sessions that are all about you and you can talk about whatever you’re going through at work (and even life). The value that Amanda brings to me professionally is immense in the sense that she’s led me to positive ways and paths at work to navigate through the murky waters of leadership, management and working with others in general. I’m able to open up without feeling judged. She’ll listen to me and also provide things to ‘think about’ which turn out being ways I can improve and see things in a different light!”
