The concept behind Integral Coaching is that it approaches the process in a holistic, comprehensive fashion.  Information from the client's experiences and thoughts, his/her body and behaviors, culture and relationships and the environment are all integrated to design a customized plan.  Focusing on outcomes gives the program a clear direction. Integral Coaching provides new language from which new observations and new actions develop, leading to new outcomes. Although solving problems and improving performance are plausible outcomes of integral coaching, we are primarily working on the development of new and enduring competencies. Specifically, the kind of competence that enables you to respond skillfully and creatively to what life hands you and to what is most important to you.

Health and Wellness Coaching focuses on utilizing evidence-based practices that help facilitate mindset and behavioral change that can generate a sustainable healthy lifestyle. The coaching centers on the client's self-determined goals. The aim is to collaborate and partner with the client so that he/she may become a more autonomous expert in their own wellbeing. This is accomplished by working on self-discovery, accountability and self-efficacy.
